Accessibility Statement

Effective date: September 23, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 23, 2026

Management 305 is committed to making our website and digital services usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our accessibility goals, the standards we follow, known limitations, and how to request help.

Our commitment

Property Management. Done Right. includes being able to find information, contact us, and use owner and tenant tools without unnecessary barriers. We design and maintain https://www.management305.com/ and related public pages with that in mind.

Standards we aim to meet

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for public website pages under our control. Those guidelines cover perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content — including text alternatives, keyboard access, readable contrast, and compatible markup.

Measures we take

  • Clear page structure with headings, lists, and descriptive link text.

  • Color contrast intended to meet WCAG AA for body text and primary controls.

  • Keyboard-operable navigation on public pages.

  • Text alternatives for meaningful images where we control the markup.

  • Responsive layouts that remain usable at common zoom levels.

  • Plain-language copy where possible, including this statement.

  • Ongoing review when we publish new pages or redesign existing ones.

Third-party tools and portals

Owner portals, tenant portals, payment processors, listing platforms, and other third-party systems are operated by vendors. We select vendors with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their interfaces. If a portal feature is difficult to use, contact us and we will help complete the task another way — by phone, email, or in person.

Known limitations

Some older PDFs, embedded maps, third-party widgets, or archived materials may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We will provide an accessible alternative on request when a document or feature is essential to using our services.

How to request an accommodation

If you have trouble using this website, reading a document, attending a meeting we host, or accessing a portal we provide, tell us. We will work with you to provide the information or complete the task in another format when reasonably possible.

Please include: the page or document URL, a short description of the barrier, the assistive technology you use (if any), and a preferred contact method.
